FAQ
When will I get the photos and video?
We typical experience a 24-48 hours turn time on all of our deliverables. Rush-Same Day processing is available Foran added fee (photos only.)
How long will the shoot take?
This will vary with house and property size. Typically under 1500 sf will take about an hour, and 2500 sf will take about 2 hrs. When the property is over 5 acres and has additional items to feature, it will add additional time.
How do I pay?
We will send an invoice to you upon selecting your services and scheduling your date and time. This invoice will be due after your appointment and prior to media delivery. You will have the option to pay via debit or credit card. We also accept cash when meeting at the session if you prefer to pay then.
Why do I need a Cinematic Video?
While photos give plenty of detail and let potential buyers see the basics of a home and start to form an opinion of the property; Video makes them fall in love with the house and property before they ever step foot on location. Not only does this drive more traffic for your listings, but also makes you selling the home that much easier!
